Creative Craft Challenge - Circle Card

Hope everyone had a great bank holiday, I have only just realised that means the next holiday is Christmas!!! I better get started on some cards!!!

The theme over at Creative Craft this fortnight is "Circle card" and I have two projects to share.

The first is a wall hanger I made using a page from an shaped acrylic scrapbook (docrafts).
The image is made up of 2 stamps from the Elzybells Clear Stamp sets "Mini Messages Winter" and "Mini Messages Christmas" coloured with copics. I'm not sure what the DP is at the moment (the downside of blog posting at lunchtime at work and not making a note of the papers- Will add this in when I get home).

The second project is using an image provided by our sponsor for this challenge STITCHY BEAR STAMPS who is offering the winner FIVE digital images of their choice.
I've used the image "Christmas Warmth Fireplace" coloured with copics and coloursoft pencils. The DP's I will have to add at a later date (I haven't made a note of them again).

Creative Craft Challenge - Transport

The theme over at Creative Craft this fortnight is "Transport" and I've used the Elzybells stamp "Bike Ride" coloured with copics. The DP's are from the Dovecraft "Funky Vintage" paper pack

As Elzybells is no more and I love their images I've had to have a "little" spending spree in the sale to grab some stamps before they all go and are lost forever!! So you may see a few Elzybells cards popping up over the coming months.

The sponsor for this challenge is the lovely debs from
the crafty pad and she is offering this gorgeous stamp as the prize.

Martyn's Birthday Card - Sketch & Stash Challenge

It's Martyn's birthday today so I've had to wait till now to post the card that I made for him just in case he read my blog (highly unlikely!!).

This card is based on the sketch over at the Sketch & Stash challenge blog and new stash is the image and stamped sentiment.

The image is the Kraftin Kimmie stamp "Sir Galahad" coloured with copics. The DP's are from the K & Co paper pack "Hopscotch Boy".

Creative Craft Challenge Card - Here Comes The Bride

Gosh it's been ages since I've posted anything!!! I've been without the Internet for so long it was like I'd lost a part of me. I'm now back online so hopefully will get back to normal with my postings.

This fortnights challenge over at Creative Craft Challenge is "Here comes the bride" and there is a mystery prize for the winner.

Here's my design team card for the challenge and I have used a gorgeous Hanglar image that I received from one of the members over at the docrafts forum. It's been coloured with copics and the DP's are from a Create & Craft paper pack that I picked up as a freebie the last time I went to Hobbycraft at the NEC (I do buy crafty bits...honest, it's just coincidence that the image and papers were freebies!!!!)

Missing In Action & exciting news !!!!!

Just a quick post to show that I haven't disappeared from the face of the earth. I have been busy moving house and that just happened to fall at the same time as going to see Bon Jovi at the O2 Arena in London (twice - once is never enough!!!), so things are a bit hectic at the moment.

But I do have some exciting news which is that when I finally managed to get round to checking my emails I had received an offer from Creative Craft Challenges to join their DT!!! So have quickly had to unpack a few of my crafty bits and pieces in preparation.

Haven't got a card to post yet so instead you will have to make do with a couple of my pictures from the O2. I've seen Bon Jovi about 20 times but these were the best shows ever!! (I probably say that every time!! lol)

Magnolia Challenge Card for my Grandma

Hope everyone's enjoying the warm weather while it lasts. I was at work today so I missed most of it, but I managed to get a bit of sun when I decided to do the 40 minute walk home instead of catching the bus.

This card is for my Grandma's 87th birthday next weekend. I decided on an easel card and it's based on the sketch over at Friday Sketchers.

I've used the Magnolia stamp "Tilda with presents" coloured with copics. The DP's are from the Forever Friends "Pink Parfait" paper pack.

I'm entering it into the following challenges:

Hanglar Four Challenge card

Just a quick post to show this card which I've made using this cute hAnglar image. It took over 3 weeks for the parcel containing these stamps to arrive from Sweden - I thought it had gone the same way as my Magnolia Spring Kit (which never arrived - they have sent me a replacement though, which was delivered today and I can't wait to start playing!!)

The image is coloured with copics and the DP's are Tim Holtz "Vintage Shabby" paper stack and the button paper is K & Co.

I'm entering it in the following challenges:
