Good afternoon, here we are in September, summer is starting to fade and autumn is fast approaching. Because it's the first Saturday of the month we have a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar.
The theme for this month is
LOTS OF LAYERS.
For my card I have seven layers give or take....
1. Porthole shaped base card cut with the Scan n Cut.
2. Background paper created with Imagination Crafts Starlight Paints.
3. Image is Sid the Silly Seahorse from Oddball Art coloured with copics and clear Wink of Stella.
4. White circle outline frame.
5. Plants and sea floor
6. Acetate
7. Gold porthole with gold rush Nuvo stone drops for the rivets.
The porthole card, gold porthole, white circle outline frame, plants and sea floor were all created using an svg file I found on etsy.

Brilliant card, Bev. I love how you've showcased this adorable seahorse. xx
OMG...Love Love Love this card. I live in Cocoa Beach and love making beachy cards on ocean cards. I don't have scan and cut but must look for this design in Silhouette store or make my on. I'm not familiar with Nuvo stone drops for the rivets so I need to hunt for that too...haha I'll be casing you in some style but will certainly add a link to your blog. Thank you for the inspiration.
