Crafty Calendar January Challenge - Something New

Good morning all.  Happy New Year. Have you made any new year resolutions for 2017?  One of mine it to get through all the craft kits and projects that I've got before taking on or buying any more so we'll see how long it takes before I break that one.

It's the first Saturday in January so we have a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar and because it's the start of a new year our theme this month is
'Something New'

For this months theme I have made a new baby card and I have used:

Bugaboo Stamps 'Baby Cow Rattle' digital stamp
coloured with copics.
I did add a couple of extra cow markings to the image using one of the Copic Multiliner pens that I had for Christmas, because I just wanted a bit more black on the image.

For the background I have used the My Favorite Things Cow Background stamp
and Razzle Berry Hybrid ink pad.

The greeting is a pre printed one that I had in my stash.

Creative Craft Challenge - "New Baby" card

Morning all.  Is everyone keeping their New Year resolutions?  I have the same resolutions every year.....eat healthier, lose weight, try to get more organised........normally by the end of January I've broken at least one of them.   I've made a start on my last resolution and reorganised and tidied the craft room and put all of this years DT challenges and themes in my planner so I have no excuse for being late with a challenge card again.

Over at Creative Craft we have a new challenge today and the theme for this fortnight is "NEW" so it could be new baby, new home, even new stash for those of you lucky enough to have had crafting goodies for Christmas.

For my card I have used:
Little Star Moon Lullaby by Pollycraft coloured with copics.
DP's are Pink Petticoat digital papers "Fluffy Clouds" and "Vintage Stars" printed in Cool Aqua

Crafty Calendar Challenge - Whats New?!

My first post of 2013 and a Happy New Year to all.  Have you made any resolutions? (and have you broken them yet?)

It's the first Saturday of the month so that means we have a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar Challenge and the theme for this month is "What's New?" so could be a new baby project, new home, new job, you get the idea....

I decided on a new baby card because it seems like everyone I know is having a baby at the moment.
I became an Auntie on the 4th December when my gorgeous little niece Holly arrived, Martyns nephew and partner had their little girl Megan on the 3rd December and my cousins daughter is expecting a little girl any day now.

For my card I have used:
Lili of the Valley stamp "Special Delivery" coloured with copics
DP's are a combination of Wild Rose Studio and K & Co.

Creative Craft Challenge - Special Occasion but NOT Birthday

Happy Tuesday to all.   Another fortnight has been and gone which means it's time for a new challenge over at Creative Craft.

The theme for this fortnight is "Special Occasion but NOT Birthday" and for this challenge I have two cards to share,  the reason being that in November we are expecting two new arrivals in the family, my Brother and his partner and Martyn's nephew and his wife are both due to have a little girl so my special occasion is New Baby, which gives me the opportunity to get my baby cards made in plenty of time.

For my cards I have used:
Rocking Horse & Sheep are from the Bugaboo Mini Digi Set - Baby Bits
The DP's are various bits and pieces from my stash.
Sentiments are from Sentiments 4 U
