Crafty Calendar Challenge - Teddy Bear Parade

It's the first Saturday in August (can you believe it's August already!) which means it's time for a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar.

This months challenge is "Teddy Bear Parade" with the optional extra of "Lots of Layers" so we need to see your teddy bear projects.

For my card I have used:

Lili of the Valley - Patchwork Bunch of Balloons stamp coloured with copics

DP's - A combination of Wild Rose Studio Polka Dots and Dovecraft Sugar & Spice.

I think the optional extra of lots of layers is covered, even the balloons have been decoupaged.

Crafty Calendar Challenge - Fun in the Sun

We have a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar and the theme for this month is "Fun in the Sun".

I confess that I'm a day late with this posting.  I was planning on doing this post when I got back last night after having a sleepover with the Brownies in our church and a then a day out to Bristol Zoo.  Sleepover is definitely not the right name for it, with the combination of talking Brownies and uncomfortable floors I had hardly any sleep, so when I got back home last night I had just about enough energy to crawl into bed.

For our Fun in the Sun challenge we also have the optional extra of Shine & Sparkles so get using your gems, glitter, glossy accents, etc.

For my card I have used:

DP's - Wild Rose Studio "Milton & Co" paper pack

For my optional extra the petals have all had Glossy Accents applied, each of the flowers on the DP has a little bit of gold Glamour Dust in the centre and I added a few gems.

Crafty Calendar Challenge - Things with wings

Good morning.  You may have noticed I've been absent for a few weeks, the reason being my wonderful Grandma passed away.  It was all a bit sudden so it's taken me a while to get back into the swing of things.  

The time has flown by so quickly I can't believe it's now the first Saturday in May which means it's time for a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar Challenge.

The theme for this month is "Things with wings" with an optional extra of including acetate on your project.
