Creative Craft Challenge - Anything but a card

It's been a long time, but I think Spring has finally arrived.  No more dark mornings, the evenings are getting lighter and the sun is shining.

It's time for a new challenge over at Creative Craft Challenge and the theme for this fortnight is "ANYTHING BUT A CARD".

After a lot of pondering I finally decided on a recipe box, it didn't turn out too bad, now all I have to do is convert all those scraps of paper that I have dotted around the house into recipe cards....what was I thinking!

Magnolia Mothers Day Card

My weeks holiday is nearly over.....I can't believe it.....it's flying by so quickly.  I made myself a list of jobs I had to get done, the list is complete so now I've got time to relax before I go back to work.  One of the items on the list was to make a Mother's Day card for my Grandma which I thought I'd share.

Creative Craft Challenge - Inspirational Picture Challenge

Morning all.  I'm on a weeks holiday from work so my challenge post is a little earlier than usual.  I did make lots of plans to catch up this week on all those jobs that I've been putting off.....then again I might just put them off a bit longer and do a bit of crafting instead...

Crafty Calender Challenge - Spring Clean..

It's the first Saturday of the month so that means there's a new challenge over at Crafty Calender Challenge.

The theme for this month is "SPRING CLEAN" so it's time to get out all those unused stamps and forgotten stash.  We also have the optional extra of including handmade embellishments on your projects this month.

Creative Craft Challenge - Boys will be boys

Creative Craft Challenge - Valentines

Happy Valentines Day to everyone.  My OH actually remembered this year.  I received theatre tickets, a selection of DVD's, he fetched me from work and had a bunch of flowers with him and now he's cooking tea for me.   I need to investigate what has happened to my Martyn... I think he may have been abducted by aliens and replaced by a clone.

We're all feeling the love over at Creative Craft Challenge so this fortnights challenge is Valentines Day.

Crafty Calender Challenge - Love and Marriage with Lace and Pearls

The snow has finally arrived in my little part of the West Midlands.  I managed to get home from work before too much of it had arrived,  so now I think I'll curl up on the sofa and try to stay warm.

It's the first Saturday of the month so time for a new challenge over at Crafty Calender.

This month the challenge is love and marriage with the optional extra of lace and pearls so we are looking for those Valentines cards, Anniversary cards, Wedding cards, etc.

Creative Craft Challenge - BINGO

It's the 31st January and I think winter has finally arrived.....It's so cold..... I could easily have stayed wrapped up in bed this morning instead of getting up at 6.00am to get ready for work.

It also means it's time for a new challenge over at Creative Craft Challenge and this fortnight we're playing BINGO.

Creative Craft Challenge - We've all turned blue.....

It's time for a new challenge over at Creative Craft Challenge and for this fortnight we have a colour theme, we've turned blue.....it must be the cold weather.

 I know Christmas is long gone but blue makes me think of winter so I just had to make a Christmas card (it is one of my resolutions this year to make a couple of Christmas cards a month to avoid the usual mad rush with a week left to go and then the panic that I'm not going to get everything done... we'll see how long this resolution lasts).

Crafty Calendar January Challenge - New News

It's time for our first challenge of the year over at Crafty Calendar and our theme for this month is new news.  

This can be anything new at all such as new job, new baby, wedding. new crafty goodies, etc.

There is also an optional extra in with our challenge theme. This months its BUTTONS AND BOWS  (it's a good job it's optional because i forgot to put either on my card....oops).
