Sizzix Santa Greetings and Stampers Anonymous Mr Frostie Christmas Tree Decorations

Good morning, I hope you are keeping safe and well.  Today I have woken up to a blanket of snow, luckily I work from home so I can look out of the window and think how nice it looks and not have to worry about travelling to work in it.

When I went to the Frankfurt Market in Birmingham I saw a Christmas tree ornament on one of the stalls and that inspired me to make these.

I have made two Christmas tree ornaments which are snowy windows and each of them have a character looking through.

For this Christmas tree ornament I have used the Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Cling Mount Stamp: Mr Frostie (CMS499) coloured with copics and then fussy cut.

He was then layered in between the the window frames and snowy acetate

And for this Christmas Tree Decoration I have used Sizzix Santa Greetings Die Set by Tim Holtz layered in between the window frames.

The little sentiments on each of then are from the Lili of the Valley 60 Everything Christmas - Sentiment Labels which I printed using a laser printer and then foiled in gold

I then just added couple of gold pearls to each sentiment, a bow and some gold string.

Stampers Anonymous Mr Frostie Christmas Card

Hello everyone I hope you are keeping safe and well.  The Frankfurt Christmas Market in Birmingham has opened today so after visiting that this evening my Christmas countdown has officially started.

I have a Christmas card to share today.

For this card I have used:
Tim Holtz Cling Mount Stamp: Mr Frostie by Stampers Anonymous CMS499  (snowman and branch).
Tim Holtz Cling Mount Stamps: Snarky Cat Christmas by Stampers Anonymous CMS416 (birdie).
Tim Holtz Cling Mount Stamps: Christmas Cartoons by Stampers Anonymous CMS473 (sentiment).

I stamped the images with Black Soot archival ink and then masked them so that I could ink blend the background.
The background was ink blended with Distress Inks.
The images were then coloured with Karin Brushmarkers.
Heat embossed the sentiment in white onto black card.
And then finished off with some white splatters, a few gems and sparkle paste on the snowy ground.

Bold Tidings Joy to the World Snowman Christmas Card

Good morning, I hope you are keeping safe and well.  Here in the UK today snow has arrived.  In my family they joke that I only have to look at ice and snow and I fall over and true to form I slipped over on the ice yesterday so today I'm nursing a grazed knee and a few aches and pains but luckily nothing major.

I have been doing bit of batch card making so I have four cards to share today with the same design only different colours

For these cards I have used:
  • Tim Holtz Bold Tidings #2 by Stampers Anonymous CMS419 stamped on black card and heat embossed in white.  I masked out the O from joy and replaced it with the snowman from the My Favorite Things Christmas Cuteness stamp set
  • The backgrounds are ink blended using Distress Oxides and then I have stamped snowflakes on it which were then heat embossed in silver.

Stampers Anonymous Snow Globe Christmas Cards

Good morning to you and happy December.  I have a couple of Christmas cards to share today.  I love snow globe stamps and dies and todays card uses one of my favourites which is from a stamp set by Stampers Anonymous.

There are two cards using the two different snow globe designs from the stamp set in slightly different shades of blue and one of the backgrounds is using distress snowfall texture paste through a stencil and the other using distress sparkle texture paste....can you tell the difference?

For this card I have used:
  • Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous CMS472 Festive Print stamp set stamped with Distress Archival Ink and then over stamped with versamark ink, heat embossed with Ranger sticky embossing powder and then covered with rock candy glitter.
  • The Merry Christmas sentiment is from the same stamp set and heat embossed in white.
  • The backgrounds are Grey Distressed Woodgrain cardstock.  One of them has been stencilled with Distress Snowflake Texture Paste and the other with Distress Sparkle Texture Paste and then coloured with a combination of distress mica spays and distress inks.  One of the pastes holds the ink colour and the other you can lift the ink from it with a damp kitchen roll.

Stampers Anonymous Unravelled Mummy Halloween Card.

Good morning.  I hope you are keeping safe and well.  With the intention of using items in my stash that have been forgotten about or neglected I have an embossing folder that I have had for quite a while so I thought I would use it for todays card.

For my card I have used:

  • The stamped mummy and pumpkin candy bucket are from the Stampers Anonymous CMS452 Tim Holtz Unravelled stamp set and have been coloured with copics.
  • The sentiment is from the same stamp set and has been heat embossed in white.
  • The background was created using the Cuttlebug Spiderweb Frame embossing folder and then I have ink blended the embossing with Black Soot distress ink.

Black and White Stampers Anonymous Tiny Frights Halloween Card

Good morning, I hope you are keeping safe and well.  I have a card to share today and as you can see I'm still in Halloween card mode at the moment, I really need to move to Christmas card mode soon.....

For this card I have used:

A selection of images from the Stampers Anonymous CMS468 Tim Holtz Tiny Frights stamp set.  Stamped with Versamark ink onto black card and then heat embossed with white embossing powder.
I was going to colour the images with pencils but I liked the black and white effect so I decided to leave them like that.
The sentiment is from the same stamp set and just a few white pearls to finish
