Morning everyone. Hope you are all okay on this April fools day. It's the first Saturday in the month so we have a new challenge over at Crafty Calendar.
The theme for this month is
April Showers or Springtime.
For my card I have used:
I created the background using watercolour markers in a range of blues and pinks and copious amounts of water - this was the first time I have done this technique and ended up with a background that I was sort of pleased with I normally I throw the end result away...
We are sponsored for this challenge by:
Join Miss Daisy Stamps Create & Share Facebook Group to meet the artists,
share fun & inspiration, receive freebies and special deals
and
Pop over to Crafty Calendar and share you April Showers or Springtime projects and check out the gorgeous DT creations.
Just a short post this month, my card for this challenge is a little bit melancholy which represents my mood because sadly my wonderful mom passed away last month and I'm heartbroken.
She was diagnosed with cancer in February and she sadly passed away the 20th March.
Love and miss you forever mom x
