Happy Easter Card using Cottontail Cuties from Neat & Tangled

Good afternoon to all and a very happy Easter.
Have you got through all that chocolate yet?  I've resisted so far but may have to open an egg a bit later.

I have another Easter card to share today.  My first attempt of a slider card.  I did cheat a little by using an SVG file that I found on Lori Whitlock and my cricut.
I also made a little bunny gift bag with another SVG file...image and details below..

For my card I have used:
Cottontail Cuties stamp set from Neat & Tangled coloured with polychromos pencils and then cut with my Scan n Cut.
The card layout is an SVG file called Slider Card Easter Bunny from Lori Whitlock.  I just used the card layout sections & clouds from the SVG file and cut with my cricut,
I added the little girl image to the slider section  of the card and so when the tab is pulled she delivers an Easter carrot to the waiting bunny....

The Easter bunny box with goodies in for my niece was cut on my cricut using the Easter Bunny Tote SVG file from Lori Whitlock.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by my blog an I'll see you soon x

Happy Easter - Digistamp Boutique Easter Cards

Good morning and happy Easter.  It's the start of British summertime today and I've remembered to put all of my clocks forward an hour this morning, I'm sure that I will feel the effects of losing an hour a bit later on.

I just thought I'd share a couple of  the Easter cards that I've made using images from Digistamp Boutique.  The first card was for my 3 year old niece so I wanted a cutesy image.

I have used
Daisy from the Digby and Daisy set by Digistamp Boutique coloured with copics.
The DP's are from my stash, they have got separated from the rest of the paper pack so not sure of the make or name.

I'm entering this card into the following challenges:
Little Red Wagon - Easter/Spring
Digistamp Boutique - March competition

The next card I made is a one layer card so I made a few of these with different colour variations to send to a different people.

I have used:
The image and greeting are from the Easter Branch set by Digistamp Boutique.

I have printed the image and greeting on a 5" square piece of smooth card and coloured with copics before mounting onto yellow card (it looks a bit lime green in the photo but it is yellow).  I then just added a few sequins.

Have a great Easter and enjoy all those chocolate eggs.

See you soon x

My Easter cards and other creations

Happy Easter to all.  Hope you haven't eaten too many eggs.....I just thought I'd share my creations for this Easter... not just cards in this post, I've also tried my hand at a few other projects.

The first item is a card using Elzybells Chick Trio stamp coloured with copics.
The DP's are from the Me to You Easter paper pack.

The second card is using the Digistamp Boutique image Easter Treat Bunny coloured with copics.
Just a quick clean card which is unusual for me.  Only one sheet of patterned paper and not many embellishments.  The DP is from the Me to You Easter paper pack.

Now onto Easter gifts.  These jars are filled with Cadbury's Mini Eggs and have been decorated with Digistamp Boutique images 'Daffodil Chicklet' and 'Easter Balloon Chicklet' coloured with copics.

I thought the jars were a bargain......They're from Ikea and only cost £1.90 for four jars and they each hold about a pack and a half of mini eggs (the 100g pack)...

Next item is Chupa Chups bunny lollys and these were inspired from a post over on Pinterest.  They're made from  Chupa Chups lollipops, wooden beads painted with white acrylic paint, heart diecut funky foam for the feet, pom poms for the face and tail, white pipe cleaner ears and googly eyes.......Easter Bunnies

The last item is an Easter treat bag I made for my niece Holly.
It's a drawstring bag with lining and it's made from white felt and pink patterned cotton.
I didn't follow a pattern and it was loosely inspired by the sleepy bunny goody bag over on Pinterest but I knew that in my bag I wanted so I adapted the idea to a drawstring bag so that it suited my needs.   Luckily I managed to make it just about big enough to hold three packets of Cadbury's buttons and four Peppa Pig chocolate bars.

My Easter window...

Now I'm off to get comfy on the sofa and watch Endeavour.

Thanks for stopping by.
